Our Story is About Family

For over 30 years, two generations of our family have dedicated themselves to the hospitality industry, driven by a deep-rooted passion for service and a commitment to paying it forward. Our story began in the mid-1980s when Ganpatbhai and Gulabben, having emigrated from Gujarat, India to the United States in search of a better future for their family, found themselves at The Grand Motel in Dania, Florida. Here, Jiven Dada and Devi Dadi took a chance on their son-in-law and daughter, igniting a spark that would eventually give rise to a family business and a lifelong devotion to hospitality.

With an unwavering belief in the American Dream and a strong work ethic instilled from a young age, Manish and his siblings grew up immersed in the values of integrity and hard work. 

These principles, coupled with a little good fortune, laid the foundation for the family’s first foray into hotel ownership when Ganpatbhai and Gulaben purchased the Best Western Hillside and Executive Inn in Clinton, Arkansas in 1995.

In 2012, the next generation of the family, Nick, Manish, and Hiren, established G&G Hospitality as a management and development company in Little Rock, Arkansas. Today, our roots remain deeply entrenched in family, integrity, trust, faith, and respect, providing a guiding framework as we build relationships with brands, invest in our associates, serve our communities, and generate exceptional returns for our stakeholders.

We recognize that the choices we make today have a lasting impact on future generations, and we remain committed to responsibly making the world a better place. Together, we confront new challenges with a spirit of determination and celebrate our successes along the way.
